There is a chat page that you can click on to message your tutor to talk about any session details.
How do I know if I have received a message from a tutor?
You will be notified via email and an alert next to the chat page will also pop up.
Am I allowed to share my phone number with a tutor?
The choice is yours. Minors should not give their number to a tutor without their parents’ consent. You are welcome to get a tutor’s number if they choose to provide it. Please note that sessions discussed off the platform should still be booked through the platform.
Can I send my tutor worksheets or other course documents through the chat page?
Yes. You can upload any course material through the chat page. This way the tutor knows what they will work on with the student.
