Do students have a rewards program?
Yes. After 20 completed and paid sessions, a student will receive a $5.00 discount for their next upcoming session.
Can a student receive a point on their rewards for any other reason?
Yes. When a tutor is marked as a no show and when a tutor cancels less than 8 hours before the session start time.
What happens to a reward (discounted session), if a session is canceled or marked as a no show by either a student or tutor?
The reward (discounted session) will be applied to a student’s next upcoming session.

I did not get a discount on my session after receiving 20 points on my rewards. What should I do?
